Megan gave Edmund §10,000.00 up front as a deposit. Goliath Construction removed the driveway and front porch. They also laid the brick pavers forthe front porch but did not | linish it, The fence has not been worked on at all, On 03/10/2020 Megan gave Edmund an additional ‘$600.00 for the permit to pour the driveway. Megan confirmed with the Village of Hinsdale the permit jwas not requested. Megan contacted Edmund who told her they must have incorrectly applied for the permit. Edmund requested the permit a few days ago. Edmund told Megan they could not work. lbecause it was they were not essential workers. Edmund called Megan a spoiled Hinsdale bitch and told lher he would see her in court. Megan was concemed with the amount of similar cases she found oniine involving Edmund and requested I call him, I spoke with Edmund on the phone and he fold me he intended on complating the work once the permit jwas approved and intended on pouting the driveway on 0410/2020 or 04/11/2020. Edmund told me he jas supposed to shelter in piace but | told him ifthe homeowner consents to his crew being on the lproperty they could perform the work 1 told Megan this was a civil mater and if she wanted to discontinue work and get any of her money back [she would need to sue Edmund civilly. | provided Megan withthe information on Row to fle a FOIA request fora copy ofthe repor. information only Page 30f3
