Executive summary
This feasibility report aims to outline issues associated with feasibility regarding the
proposed re branding of dell computers and the initiation of future designs. This involves
questions such as whether the firm can afford to implement the system, whether the costs
out way the benefits, and whether the proposal will fulfill the criteria of the proposal. The
report will also contain a needs analysis that will outline the purpose of the intended re
brand.

Project description:
The project consists of a re branding proposal for dell computers. This is intended to keep Dell
competitive in an ever changing and expanding market and evidently increase their market share.
Design ideas have been discussed in the form of a proposal report these include marketing design as
well as branding. Visual aspects of the logo and image have also been outlined these include fonts,
color schemes, Graphics and phrasing.

Dell computers are the leading computer hardware company in the world. Dell sells and
supports personal computers, servers, data storage devices, network switches, personal
digital assistants (PDAs), software, televisions, computer peripherals and other technology-
related products.
Project info:
The project consists of a proposed re brand for dell computers. Rebranding involves subtle
changes to the brand's logo, brand name, image, marketing strategy, and advertising themes.

Re design of logo, re design of the overall image These include • Color scheme • Fonts • Style
Re Design Of the logo:
The re design of the logo would include aspects of colors and style as well as typesetting and
style. The following aspects would have to be considered for the design for the logo.
I. Color Schemes
o Greens – eco Friendly
o Reds and oranges – performance class
o Black – sophistication and style.
o White – minimalist and clean look.
II. Fonts
o Keeps fonts the same for brand recognition
o Stylize font
o Make font 3D
III. Images and Graphics
o Spherical design – international recognition

Re design of overall image:


This would include aspects such as marketing and advertising as well as revolutionizing the sales
pitch. Issues such as:

Conclusion:
The major hurdle in the proposed re brand for dell computers would come in the risk of
decreasing sales and not being able to fund the extensive commitments and production costs that
the company has. This is a risk that would have to be taken into consideration. The design team
would factor this in and make all the changes in image minimal as to not affect the current clients
and customers.
