provider food industry. Escape of the main product pizza and catch the market top position.
Restaurants policy only gives benefit to the customer and suppliers and make a peaceful
environment inside the restaurant. The main motive of the restaurants is to promote Pak brands
in Kuwait and as well as near cities. The industry main motive is increasing their sale and gain
the competitive advantage. Already Escape have a competitive advantage product is pizza.
Furthermore, Escape pizza industry expand their business at international level. In this time
industry have declared five job vacancies. The name of the job is project manager this job of
monthly package is 300KWD and Marketing Manager is a monthly salary is 210KWD and Vice
President of Sale is a monthly salary is 340KWD and Human Resource Generalist of monthly
package is 400 KWD with other facilities and Accountant Analyst a monthly package is
180KWD and also other facilities. Industry are urgent needed a good Human Resource
Generalist for the manage all policies of the industry and enhance the skill of employees and
solve the industry problem.

JOB TITLE Human Resource Generalist

JOB SUMMARY The incumbent will provide administrative and financial support to
the Restaurant financial condition and manage its queries. Main
duties will include managing office stock, facility management,
preparing regular reports (e.g.: expense reports, PRs), arranging
training events, organizing company records, liaising with finance
department for payment disbursements, maintain payment records
and manage petty expenses.

JOB DUTIES AND 1- Provide support to the administration and program team for
RESPONSIBILTIES administrative and travel management arrangements.

2- Prepare regular reports of expenses and assets


Organize a filing system for important and confidential
documents

3- Provide support in organizing program related events and


training

4- Provide support to in procurement process related.

5- Provide support in case the facilitation is required for the


transport of medicines from the central storage to the
provincial storage facilities

6- Ensure the timely distribution of training, community


sensitization materials to the provincial teams.

7- Provide support in the admin matters to the regional offices.

8- Responsible for liaising with District Coordinators for the


receipt of duly filled and approved training attendance sheets
as per the set protocols.

9- Verify the attendance sheets and make soft copy to


subsequently given to finance department for payment
disbursement.

10- Liaise with the District Coordinators/Trainees in case of any


missing. Information

11- Maintain record of the payments made to trainees.


Complete the documentary requirements for the payment to
the vendors.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)


Required Qualification Bachelors from a recognized university, Masters preferred.
Required Experience Above 05 years of relevant experience

Required Skills  Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Demonstrated ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
