Based on the PR Ref: PR-BGD-CXB-2020-00405 we have floated RFQ/SCI/CXB/FY-20/00335 to five (5) SCI enlisted suppliers for related category and received three (5) quotations.
Sindabad. Com Ltd of BDT: 5,60,000.00, Unicorn Healthcare Solution Limited of BDT: 6,20,000.00, E.S. Surgical of BDT: 6,40,000.00 ,Grameen Enterprise of BDT: 6,40,000.00, Capital Health care of BDT: 1,000,000.00 for
40,000 Quantity of face Mask within deadline under simple quotation method as per COVID 19 global emergency procurement thresholds, where we can procure maximum of BDT 1600,000.00 under simple quotation
method.
After analyzing the bids carefully, we found that ‘’Sindabad. Com Ltd’’ is the 1st lowest bidder. Then we have negotiated all bidder through email on April 16, 2020 (attached)to submit their quotation by hard copy or
email. Where we mention last submission date was April 17, 2020. Within the dead line after this email Sindabad. Com Ltd replied they are not able to revise this price same and other 4 suppliers not agreed to revise this
price offer. Initially the Quantity was 40,000 pcs in the PR and total amount were BDT 800,000 and Program has requested to increase the quantity to meet the PR value and finally we have increase the quantity 57,100
and accordingly prepare the CBA based on the revised quantity.
Comparing the costing, quality and lead time 1st lowest bidder " Sindabad. Com Ltd" is found suitable from program aspect considering previous work experience, we are recommending to award this Job in favor of
Sindabad. Com Ltd at BDT: 799,400.00 (Including VAT & delivery charges) for 57,100 PCS @ BDT 14 per pcs. If the selected bidder fails to deliver those material, we will go the next bidder with mutual understand or
through a new process of procurement.
NOTE: This is to be noted that as per PR (Ref# PR-BGD-CXB-2020-000405) amount (BDT: 8,000,000.00) for 40,000 pcs face mask , issued PO amount total BDT: 799,400.00 for 57,100 pcs face
mask as user requiested to increase the qualitity is less than the PR amount, thus here cost savings benefit is BDT 6 TK per Pcs and Total BDT: 342,600 for total
