Please find below the discrepancies found while checking the As Built drawings of Suvli Station ,

1. ACB Plug Socket details- Breaker terminal No’s shown in the Control Circuit of the Incomers
should be revised.
2. MCB's in the control ckt of Incomers should be named as per the stickers pasted on it . For
example MCB1, MCB2...
3. Please write 220V AC instead of 230V AC where ever applicable in the control circuits.
4. The Control Supply for the Current & Voltage Transducers are not shown in the drawings.
5. The MCB's for the hooter, Level Indicator Provided in the marshalling box have not been
shown in the drawings.
6. The Terminals 6T, 7T of marshalling box not shown in the drawings.
7. We have not seen terminals named 1Z1, 1Z2 in the Panel.
8. Marshalling box terminal no’s to be revised.
9. Extra Eye Bolts added should be shown in the drawing.
10. There is no “Reset” PB in the Incomer circuit, but still it is shown in the drawing.
11. The Over load relay range for Booster Pump is (2 -3.2A), but in the drawing it is shown as (2.2
-3.2A).
12. For 22KW feeders, two separate capacitors of rating 4.5 Kvar & 1.8 Kvar are provided, but it
the drawing you have shown it as a single capacitor of rating 6.3Kvar.
13. In feeder 7F7 , the ELCB rating provided is of 125AF/30AT, but you have shown it as
63AF/30AT.Similar kind of mistakes in feeder no 8F6
14. While you have changed the rating of surge arrester in the Incomer Circuits, the same has not
been done in solar circuits.
15. The Position of PB of some feeders should be changed. For example, the Red Color PB should
be put below the Red lamp.

Besides these there are many points left out as per the memo’s from KBT such as,

1. Drawing at the end of bus bar where to be connected field wiring shall be indicated on the
drawing.
2. Size of terminal blocks where to be connected field wiring shall be indicated on the drawing.
3. Details of ends of terminal lag where power cables are connected in the Incoming Panel shall
be shown on Drawings.
4. Details of terminal blocks for connection with outgoing control cables shall be advised.
5. Same terminal numbers for outgoing cable connection at least per Pump Station shall be
prohibited. ADI shall put individual number in order not to confuse field wiring.

Requests please take the print out of drawings of all the panels and we can match it by actual
verification, thereby keeping the mistakes as minimum as possible.
