2012 RIDER
RIDER agreement between W.T. MEDLEY, LLC (" PRODUCER " )

PURCHASER understands that ARTIST cannot perform without all of the following items, and
that the failure to provide any of these could result in PURCHASER being in default of this
contractual agreement. ARTIST reserves the right to cancel the performance if the provisions
of the rider are not strictly adhered to. Furthermore, the items requested below are
necessary in order for ARTIST to provide the best possible show for the PURCHASER. If
PURCHASER has any questions, or cannot for some reason provide any of the following, he
should immediately contact the Tour Manager for "THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS’ BILL

I.
This Rider ("Rider") is attached to and made a part of the contract (the "Contract") between W.T.
MEDLEY, LLC ("Producer"), furnishing the services of "THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS’ BILL MEDLEY" ("Artist"),
and the purchaser of said services ("Purchaser"), as defined on the face of the Contract in connection with
Artist's performance(s) at the venue described therein (the "Venue" or the "Engagement"). To the extent
this Rider conflicts with the terms and conditions contained in the Contract or in any other contract, the
terms and conditions contained in this Rider shall control.
Producer and Purchaser hereby agree to the following additional terms and conditions:
1. BILLING / ADVERTISING
(a) ARTIST shall be billed and advertised ONLY as "THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS’ BILL MEDLEY" using the
same letter size and type throughout the entire phrase "THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS’ BILL MEDLEY" in all
advertising and publicity, including, but not limited to: billboards, marquees, newspapers and trade ads,
fliers and posters, radio and television spots, etc. NO VARIATION IS PERMITTED.
(b) Unless otherwise stated to the contrary in the Contract, Artist shall receive 100% sole headline billing in
any and all press releases, advertisements and other publicity including, but not limited to, radio,
television, ad mats, tickets, newspapers, programs, fliers, signs, lobby boards and marquees. Producer
shall have approval over all advertising, promotions and sponsorship.
(c) When Artist is performing as a support act, Artist shall receive no less than 100% Special Guest Star
billing, in no less than 100% size type and prominence in all advertising, lights, displays, programs, etc.
(d) Artist shall have approval over any support or opening acts performing with Artist, as well as over the
billing afforded to any such support/opening acts.
(e) For all engagements where "THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS’ BILL MEDLEY" is the headliner, BUYER will
cause any print, radio and/or television promotional advertisements to be prepared by: Tourdesign

2. CANCELLATION
Producer shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Engagement without liability, by giving
Purchaser notice thereof at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Engagement.
3. FORCE MAJEURE
If Artist's performance(s) hereunder is rendered impossible, hazardous or is otherwise prevented or
impaired due to sickness, inability to perform, accident, interruption or failure of means of transportation,
Act(s) of God, riots, strikes, labor difficulties, epidemics, earthquakes, any act or order of any public
authority, and/or any other cause or event, similar or dissimilar, beyond Producer's control, then Producer's
obligations with respect to the affected performance(s) shall be excused and Producer shall have no liability
to Purchaser in connection therewith. Provided Artist is ready, willing and able to perform, Purchaser shall
remain liable to pay Producer the full contract price plus any percentage and/or overage monies called for in
the Contract regardless of the occurrence of any of the foregoing events. For purposes of this provision, the
term "Artist" shall include Artist or any member thereof.

SOUND, VIDEO, LIGHTING AND BACKLINE SPECIFICATIONS – 2012
THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS, STAGE PLOT AND AUDIO INPUT LIST ARE INCORPORATED AS
PART OF THIS CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT.

SOUND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
These sound specifications are for the express purpose of providing the ARTIST with necessary technical
support and are essential to the performance.
1. A professionally complete concert sound system as indicated herein shall be provided at the
sole cost of the PURCHASER. A crew of qualified technicians to adjust and operate same shall be available at
load‐in to assist in setting up and running the system, as well as to run the system during the show. They are
to include: One house engineer and one monitor engineer‐‐experienced personnel only.
2. STAGE POWER: It is the responsibility of the venue and venue staff, house technicians and
electricians, sound company and their sound system’s engineers, and/or house sound system engineers to
provide ARTIST with a safe power distribution system. The service for all audio equipment shall be separate
from the lighting system service in order to isolate line noise from the sound system. The ground scheme for
all audio equipment should be the responsibility of the sound company and/or their technicians.
ARTIST’S stage equipment will require a minimum of four 20amp circuits positioned as
shown on the stage plot.
3. MICROPHONES: Only the highest quality professional stage mics should be provided. Any
other than recognized professional mics are unacceptable. See input list for preferred mics.
4. STAGE MONITOR SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
We will require services of a monitor mixer. Bill Famini is our FOH mixer

7. LOCATION OF MIX POSITION: The sound console shall be located between the sound wings
with unobstructed “listening” of the house speakers, and line of sight of the stage.
8. HOUSE VIDEO SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
