SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, APRIL JOY FERNANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino, single, with postal address at 7604
ALLENTOWN RD. FT. WASHINGTON PG MARYLAND, USA do hereby name, constitute
and appoint, by these presents, have named, constituted and appointed PETE REM
FERNANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino, and with postal address at B9 L2 GEN MALVAR ST.
KALAYAAN SUBD. LOURDES NORTH WEST, ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA, and/or
GILBERT ENRIQUEZ, of legal age, Filipino and with postal address at JESUS EXT GEN
MALVAR ST. KALAYAAN SUBD. L.N.W. ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my behalf, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To transact with the NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY

(NHA) with the power and authority to sign and to execute any and all legal
documents and certifications or other instruments incident to the payment of
my monthly amortization on a parcel of land, located at Ph III-D Blk. 88 Lot 16,
Mexico Arayat Resettlement Site, covered by Account No./Trans. Type:
5173408800016005-5491, with an area of more or less One Hundred Forty Three
(143) Square Meters (hereinafter the “Subject Property”).

2. To execute, with NHA, in my favor a Deed of Absolute Sale of the

Subject Property upon full payment of the consideration therefor.

3. To sign, issue, execute and deliver paper/receipt necessary to

effect the foregoing authorities;

4. In general to do all other acts, deeds, matters and things

whatsoever in or about the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to
all intents and purpose as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, (with power of
substitution and revocation), and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorneys
shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
