In this battle,
SMART WINS!
Nationally and in
New York, lower-income
neighborhoods and
predominately-minority
neighborhoods are
suffering the most.
Where Are New COVID Cases?
We partnered with faith-based communities
and Northwell Health to test in
low-income New York City communities.

~ 8,000 antibody tests to date

in these neighborhoods.
• PPE availability
• Hand Sanitizer
• Social distancing
• Public health and education
This is true across New York State
and across the nation.
I am directing all local governments
to test in low-income communities
and develop outreach programs.
