1: Software cant find data from google documents.
2: Direct download from web doesn’t work sufficiently.
3: the student who have graduated and do not have account cant have access to institutional
edition.
4: Employee could have 1 year of access even if they have left the job or being terminated from the
institution.
Q2Ans: There are many issues faced by a researcher while collecting physical data
1: People do not give good response.: people just fill the questioner but don’t focus on the answers
and questions.
2: People don’t give importance that much until that thing is their favor : people don’t give
importance until you give them something in return
3: General public have trust issues with researchers : people usually do not have trust on researches
they think they are from any government firm or agency.
4: People are afraid to share personal information: general public is afraid of sharing personal
information.
5: Sometimes researcher have problem to reach right firm : researchers sometimes could not find
the right place to carry their research.
6: Firms do not share confidential and sensitive information : firm do not share their confidential
information cause of which researchers face problem to have right hand information.
Q3Ans: Rational thinking means to think critically for the best logical and possible solution.
People who do rational thinking are mostly people who have trained them self for this. Rational
thinking is a good think but it also stops creativity of an individual .Person who do rational
thinking to find a proper way of solution is setting in a box and not thinking about something new.
A rational thinker find the most logical way which is most worthy. Rational thinking is analytical
Creative thinking means think out of the box. To find new way to solve problems. Find new and
possible ways for problem solving. A person who do creative thinking have an ability to think out
of the box.  Creative thinking is generative. Creative thinking is good but also have a factor of
chance cause in this we play on chance that this could happen and this could not. But creative
thinking new ways.
