AMENDED RULES/GUIDELIES ON ONLINE

FINAL EXAMINATION IN TRANSPORTATION LAWS

20 May 2020, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

1. The test questions will be sent to the student-examinees via FB Messenger (Chat
Group) attachment and messenger content, exactly at the appointed date and time.
The examination will be composed of Set A and Set B. The examinee will know
what set to answer once the test questions are posted on the messenger chat
group. Each examinee will answer either Set A or Set B, but not both.
(Only one set. No more set A, set B).

2. The examinees will have 1 hour to complete the examination. Answers should be
handwritten on the answer sheet which shall, preferably, be the prescribed College
of Law Examination Booklet, if available. Otherwise, yellow pad paper may be used.
Write on one side of the paper only, not back to back.
(If a student needs an extension, he/she must notify the professor thru messenger
and wait for the decision as to how much extension will be granted).

3. Upon finishing the exam, the examinee shall take clear photos of every page of
the answer sheet, whether test booklet or yellow pad paper.

4. The photos of the answer sheets shall be sent to me (Atty. Caesar M. Ortega) via
FB Messenger (Private Message). The time logs shall be used to determine whether
the answers were submitted within the prescribed period.

5. The exam must be finished within 1 hour. A five-minute allowance shall be given
for taking photos of the answer sheets and posting them in accordance with no. 4
above. The photos must be sent (per student) as soon as they have completed the
exam. The sending of the photos may be done by batches of 5 photos per batch, in
case of weak signal, to ensure fast delivery. Answers submitted beyond the cut-off
time will be meted out deductions. The more the delay, the more the deductions.

6. Thereafter, the examinees shall type their answers using a laptop or desktop or
cellphone, whichever is available, which must be submitted to me not later than 24
hours after the examination, via email (stevia.sarsi927@yahoo.com), in word
format, preferably as an attachment, to facilitate printing. If submission via email
attachment is not possible, the same may be sent as email content.

7. The typed answers shall be EXACTLY THE SAME as the photographed

handwritten answers. No editing, revision, or rewording shall be allowed. The
format may vary, but the contents must not.

8. For purpose of convenience, the printed version will be used in checking the
answers, after comparing them with the corresponding photos. Any revision will
merit zero credit for that particular item.

9. Any substantial violation of the foregoing rules will result in a failing score and a
failing grade.
