1. A famous and rich company will build a hotel. Shine hotel is a famous 5 star shotel in center of
city business. It has 500 rooms which are Standard rooms, superior rooms, suite, and leisure
suite. They have US$ 37,500,000; it is in cluding land, building equipments and furniture. They
need more capital US$ 40,000,000 for project worked. US$ 30,000,000 from bank loans; the
debt with interest rate 12% per year. Owner’s fresh money US$ 10,000,000; they expect
investment back around 15% per year and expect the occupancy 75% per year. Earned tax
25%. The different rate between single and double room is US$ 25. Expected single occupancy
60% and double occupancy 40%.
