COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Collective Bargaining Agreement, made and entered into by and between:

ATTY. RYAN JEREMIAH D. QUAN, J.D., L.L.M., a Labor Relations professor with principal office at
Room 504, De La Salle University College of Law Rufino Campus, herein referred to as ATTY. QUAN.

-and-

The LABOR RELATIONS- QUINTESSENTIAL UNION OF AMBITIOUS NEOPHYTES (LR-QUAN), a

legitimate labor organization duly registered with the Department of Labor and Employment, with office
address at Room 504, De La Salle University College of Law Rufino Campus, herein represented by Beadle
Lorenzo Tañada, herein referred to as the UNION.

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the UNION, through its list of membership and other pertinent evidence, has
established to the satisfaction of ATTY QUAN that it represents the majority of students enrolled under
the UNION;

WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties hereto to advance the general welfare, health and
safety and the best interests by the settlement of issues respecting terms and conditions of engagement
between the UNION and the CORPORATION.

 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual agreements
hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby agree as follows:

ARTICLE I
VALENTINE’S DAY FESTIVITIES

Section 1. Purpose. This Agreement is executed for the sole purpose of facilitating the conduct between
parties on Valentine’s Day.

Section 2. Event. There shall be a Valentine’s Day celebration to be organized by the UNION. For the
duration of the activity, there will be celebration, merriment, and joy.

Section 3. Means. To help facilitate and achieve the celebratory objectives of the Valentine’s Day
Festivities, ATTY QUAN agrees to conduct □ NO □ VOLUNTARY RECITATION.

ARTICLE II
DURATION OF AGREEMENT

Section 4. Duration. This Agreement shall be effective only from 10:30-12:00, today, 14 February 2020.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ATTY. QUAN and the UNION, through their respective representatives, have
caused these presents to be signed this 14th day of February 2020 at Room 504, De La Salle University
College of Law Rufino Campus, Taguig City, Philippines.
