C2C Instructional Roadmap A
Weekly Schedule designed for blended learning

● Mondays/Tuesdays: In person instruction for approximately 50% of


students; other approximately 50% participating in remote learning
● Wednesdays: Remote learning for ALL students
● Thursdays/Fridays: In person instruction for approximately 50% of
students; other approximately 50% participating in remote learning

Other considerations:

● Students who need additional instructional opportunities would attend


third day of in person instruction with interventionists and other supports
● Self contained programs would meet four days per week
C2C Technology
Student Technology

● Purchase additional Chromebooks to support remote learning


● Investigate tablet option for K/1
● Purchase additional wifi hotspots to ensure accessibility
● Continue to identify relevant, engaging tools like Padlet, Flipgrid, Zoom,
EdPuzzles and more

Staff Technology:

● Recommend adoption of Canvas as our Learning Management System


● Provide professional learning opportunities for staff on relevant
instructional technology tools
Kids Klub Child Care Plan
Location:

● Kids Klub care for all students that are not meeting in school will be located at OLMS.

● Kids Klub AM and PM care will be offered at the students school as usual for students who are meeting in
school.

Times:

● Kids Klub located at OLMS will provide care from 6:45 am-6:30 pm.

● Regular Kids Klub (students' home school) will provide care from 6:45am until school starts and after school
until 6:30pm.

Costs:

● Families using full day Kids Klub will be charged a fee to ensure that all program costs can be covered.

● Families will still have opportunities to apply for assistance through DHHS to assist with costs.
