install the new cable of the coke elevator after connecting the adjusted iron beam by static dep. and
adjust the new cable inside the cable roller
then test the elevator and found not ready because of land floor emergency switch and after check
5 SS03 found pit area emergency switch activated may be activated by lifting team within connecting the iron

beam so deactivated this switch and try the elevator at different level was ok and inspect the cable
roller found also ok and now in service

VFD-X3901-XM-01B1 Smooth Stopping without any Trip and current waveform is Normal during
Stopping

Noticed Voltage and Speed are Decreasing Smoothly and Stopping Done without any Problem
So After Flashing the Operation for Strating and Stopping for VFD is highly Smoothed

as may Be there was contaimented sludge during stopping as during stopping operation there is
Flashing valve is opened during stopping for about 5 min then main drive VFD-X3901-XM-01B1 Stop
So if the Flashing Operation is Not completed or Heavy Sludge Avaliable or malefunction it may cause
Same problem During Stopping
