She accepted my criticism, and she said shes working to get better, and was nervous when I first came to observe
her but after we had conversation she was okay with It and was reacting better to the observation, she was calm
during the lesson and could teach the students better, her overall lesson was great for a 3 rd grade teacher even
though there were some minor things to work on.
