The teacher was walking to each students table to
explain to them what was going on and check if
they understood to assess them during the lesson
so that will be helpful if there is a student who has
a special need.

Each individual student could comprehend the

the teacher could have a checklist for the students
who need more improvement in each lesson so she
can talk to the ones who need assistant first in the

materials to incorporate the lesson to the students even though the lesson was mostly teacher focused the students seemed

make sure that the students understood the lesson by asking them several questions and explains to them if she thought the
students didn’t understand as much or to engage the students to the lesson, she would also remind the students of the rules
when they would behave otherwise.

She accepted my criticism, and she said shes working to get better, and was nervous when I first came to observe
her but after we had conversation she was okay with It and was reacting better to the observation, she was calm
during the lesson and could teach the students better, her overall lesson was great for a 3 rd grade teacher even
though there were some minor things to work on.
