Occupational Spotlight  – Part Time Supervisor

 EF Job Order # 11183246 – Part Time Supervisor - Essential Duties and

Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with a team of hardworking teams in fast-paced working

environment
 Schedule team members’ working shift
 Monitor team members’ attendance and performance
 Make sure safety rules and procedures are followed during operation
  Supervise the work of drivers and package handlers to verify all work is
completed as scheduled in a timely manner
 This is a front-line supervisor position that keeps UPS' guaranteed service
level above customers’ expectations.

 Knowledge and Skills:

 Excellent customer service and communication skills
 Basic computer skills
 Supervising skills
 Requirements:
 No minimum education required
 Physical Requirements:
 Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg
 Standing and walking on feet constantly
