for sizes 26 inch and larger

Flanges ASME Class 300 forged raised face. ASTM A 182 Grade F11.
1 1/2 inch and smaller socket weld.
2 inch and larger welding neck bored to match ID of pipe.

Gaskets Spiral wound in accordance with ASME B16.20 with type 316L stainless steel
windings and Grafoil® filler. Type 316L stainless steel inner ring for all sizes.

Fittings 1 1/2 inch and smaller Class 6000 forged socket weld. ASTM A 182 Grade F11.
2 inch and larger welding same schedule as pipe. ASTM A 234 Grade WP11.
Branch connection welding fittings. ASTM A 182 Grade F11.

Globe Valves 1 1/2 inch and smaller Class 800 forged socket weld, OS&Y, bolted bonnet, corrosion-
inhibited die-formed Grafoil packing with braided anti-extrusion rings.
ASTM A 182 Grade F11 body/bonnet, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced seat, in compliance with
API 602.
DSI 4211-C8, Vogt SW-12351 or equal.

2 inch to 6 inch Class 300 cast flanged, OS&Y, bolted bonnet, corrosion-inhibited die-
formed Grafoil packing with braided anti-extrusion rings. ASTM A 217
Grade WC6 body/bonnet, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced disc and seat, in compliance with
ASME B16.34.
AMPO Poyam 4GBP-2R5, Velan F-1074C-05TS or equal.

Gate Valves 1 1/2 inch and smaller Class 800 forged socket weld, OS&Y, bolted bonnet corrosion-
inhibited die-formed Grafoil packing with braided anti-extrusion rings.
ASTM A 182 Grade F11 body/bonnet, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced seats, in compliance with
API 602.
DSI 4111-C8, Vogt SW-12321 or equal.

2 inch to 24 inch Class 300 cast flanged, OS&Y, bolted bonnet corrosion-inhibited
die-formed Grafoil packing with braided anti-extrusion rings. ASTM A 217
Grade WC6 body/bonnet, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced flexible wedge and seats, in
compliance with API 600.
AMPO Poyam 4SBF-2R5, Velan F-1064C-05TS or equal.

Check Valves 1 1/2 inch and smaller Class 800 forged socket weld, bolted cap, ball check.
ASTM A 182 Grade F11 body/bonnet cap, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced seat, in compliance
with ASME B16.34 and API 602.
DSI 4511-C8, Vogt SWB-701-F11 or equal.

2 inch to 20 inch Class 300 cast flanged, bolted cap, swing check. ASTM A 217
Grade WC6 body/bonnet cap, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced disc and seat, in compliance with
ASME B16.34.
AMPO Poyam 4RBA-2R5, Velan F-1114C-05TS or equal.

Bolting Stud bolts ASTM A 193 Grade B16 threaded full length with 2 ASTM A 194 Grade 4
nuts.

Pipe ASTM A 335 Grade P11 seamless.

Contractor to calculate wall thickness. However, minimum wall thickness for
1 1/2 inch and smaller pipe shall be no less than Schedule 160.

Acceptable material for 16 inch and larger welded pipe per ASTM A 691
Grade 1 1/4 Cr Class 22.
Notes: 1. See UOP Standard Specification 8-11 Piping for requirements applicable to
1 1/4 Cr -1/2 Mo material.
