RELAY

is an electrically operated switch. It consists of a set of input terminals for a

single or multiple control signals, and a set of operating contact terminals. The switch
may have any number of contacts in multiple contact forms, such as make contacts,
break contacts, or combinations thereof.

used where it is necessary to control a circuit by an independent low-power

signal, or where several circuits must be controlled by one signal.

used in long-distance telegraph circuits as signal repeaters: they refresh the

signal coming in from one circuit by transmitting it on another circuit.

used extensively in telephone exchanges and early computers to perform logical

operation

PULVERIZER

is a mechanical device for the grinding of many different types of materials.

is used to pulverize coal for combustion in the steam-generating furnaces of

coal power plants.

HEATING PLATE

is a portable self-contained tabletop small appliance cooktop that features one,
two or more electric heating elements or gas burners.

used as a stand-alone appliance, but is often used as a substitute for one of the
burners from an oven range or a kitchen stove.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER

an input from a temperature sensor and has an output that is connected to a

control element such as a heater or fan.

is an device that is used to control temperature.

CIRCUIT BREAKER

is an automatically operated electrical switch designed to protect an

electrical circuit from damage caused by excess current from an overload or
short circuit.

is a switching device that interrupts the abnormal or fault current.

It is a mechanical device that disturbs the flow of high magnitude (fault) current
and in additions performs the function of a switch.

is mainly designed for closing or opening of an electrical circuit, thus protects the
electrical system from damage.

TERMINAL LUGS

A device attached to a conductor to permit connection to a terminal.

Used to hold the strands together to aid in fastening the wires to terminal studs .

used in electrical wiring are either of the soldered or crimped type.

TERMINAL BLOCK

is a screw-type electrical connector where the wires are clamped down to the

metal part by a screw.

used to secure and/or terminate wires and, in their simplest form, consist of several
individual terminals arranged in a long strip.

useful for connecting wiring to a ground or, in the case of electrical power, for
connecting electrical switches and outlets to the mains.

ALUMINUM

Aluminium is often chosen as the optimal material for building cladding for

economical, functional and aesthetical reasons.
ALUMINUM CLADDING

Aluminium cladding is one of the most used types of cladding for building

exteriors.

CLADDING

Cladding involves pressing various layers of metals together under pressure to

create a sandwich, so each layer's best features can do their jobs. In its simplest form,
an aluminum core is sandwiched between two layers of stainless.

WIRES

is a long thin piece of metal that is used to fasten things or to carry electric current.

Wires are used to bear mechanical loads or electricity and telecommunications

signals.
