Throughout history, animals have been playing a significant role in human evolution and

survival because of which there has been a relationship of adoration as well as cruelty.
For these reasons, the question of whether animals must be employed to satisfy human's
various needs or not is a moot point. While some people believe that equal rights of their
living and damage to the environment are compelling reasons to treat fairly, others have
the conviction of employing them for food, entertainment, and research projects. In my
opinion, we must restrict ill-treatment, unfair reliance, and manipulation of animals
entirely.

On the one hand, there are two major reasons why some people, as well as I, consider
that animals should not be subjected to exploitation. One of the main reasons is the
threat to nature. This is because animals play an integrated role in maintaining the food
chain. In other words, it is clear that if one animal disappears from natural systems, then
whole ecosystem is prone to cause unacceptable alterations in nature. More importantly,
nature has created complete creation a whole, and the dominance of human beings over
animals is savage as we kill animals for our routine needs. To focus deeply, torture and
slaughtering of these animals for mankind's requirements are inhumane since there are
plenty of alternatives that can be adopted to live a satisfactory life by humans. If people
in Europe, for example, were vegetarian, there would not be the killing of 7.0 million
animals every year. Hence, above mentioned negative impacts make us reconsider
animal's misuse.

Rest of people, however, feel that without animals people's life is hard to manage for
numerous reasons. First and foremost, there are some regions around the globe where
producing food is extremely tough and impossible as well sometimes due to lack of
production technology, anti-farming climatic conditions and poor soil quality.
Consequently, all these factors enforce people to pet animals or rely on meat-based food
to a great extent. In addition to this, scientific researchers are conducted on animals first
rather than testing them on humans to make medicines. Although this may be immoral
for many people, others consider humans superior and more valuable to risk for
vaccination testing. Entertainment and wearable products, finally, give human life an
assistance to make life more comfortable and enjoyable. For instance, leather jackets and
animals in circuses have been the source of fashion and pastime worldwide. Therefore, a
majority of human's essential demands are fulfilled by animals.

In conclusion, whereas some people opine animal's use unprincipled, still there are some
who argue taking advantage of animals legitimate. It clear that the situation is not as
straightforward as opposite opinions exist. After considering all, what I think is that we
can maintain our life quality without animal involvement, and most significantly they
must be protected by imposing stricter laws and being responsible for nature.
