In this file, you can view the activities in English requested by the tutor and the
development of each of the proposals for this first phase along with the lessons learned and the
results after each proposed reading and with the recommendations presented. Main topics: giving
opinions, expressions agreement and disagreement, the past simple and present perfect.

Obtain previous knowledge of English through the support material provided by the tutor,

I’m writing to tell you what we talked about at the meeting held last night together with
Andrés and Tatiana, as you know the topic that was dealt with was the relocation of InStep, the
decision that was made is that InStep will be transferred to Beauchamp, because it is an
opportunity that the company has to reduce costs and increase profits, also having them all in one
place will improve communication, additionally there will be excellent facilities in the new
building that will motivate the staff. And our foreign visitors will enjoy the surrounding
countryside and the accommodation is cheap and of good quality, InStep To provide travel
assistance for employees or if they do not want to leave the city InStep will also provide fuel
subsidies and allow flexible hours for staff with young children.

 CONCLUSION

I conclude that:

- The use of the correct vocabulary and expressions can give clarity to a dialogue.
- Expressions of like and dislike allow us to express ourselves in the best way
- When writing an email it is necessary to have clarity to whom it is addressed to
correctly use the rules, since for formal, we must follow a protocol and informal it is
not necessary.
