Re: Doubling Sales

The executive management team has established a goal that applies to all departments of this

organization. A win-win relationship with a white knight in the form of a venture capital firm has

resulted in the creation of the new and bold goal that the organization has. This new investment

will make it possible to hire and retain high-quality human capital in the company. Apart from

that, the new venture will also make it possible to not only adopt new leading technology but

also increased capacity. The executive management of the organization sees this new investment

as a high-quality addition to create a promising destiny for the agency.

However, to meet our goal, I will need your help. I will additionally want assistance from

different middle managers for the company. I would also like to create significant interactions

and cooperation with each other. By so doing, I would be creating teamwork, which could assist

the organization to achieve the already set intention.

Furthermore, I need to additionally reorganize your respective departments and establish

operational goals. The point in that is to have goals that can be measured. As such, this could

make sure that the goals may constantly stepped forward to recognize the satisfactory viable

outcome.

I additionally agree that our employees have much potential regarding their respective talents.

The untapped talents will, therefore, help us have a competitive advantage, which will benefit the

company significantly. Our management team feels that we would have to rely on successfully

engaging the employees meaningfully. As such, successfully hiring the employees will help the

organization attain the purpose of doubling sales. However, employee dissatisfaction can

contribute to derailing the efforts of accomplishing our dreams if we do not do something about

it without delay. As such, the human resources department will assist in finding and fixing the

issues of employee dissatisfaction. By setting this issue, the organization will realize the goal of

making double sales successfully. As such, the highest priority for everyone is accomplishing

this objective.

The executive management acknowledges that there are limited resources in exclusive

departments of the organization. Due to this, there are specific requirements that the organization

requires the employees to follow. One of the requirements is that everyone must plan and

organize their departments to ensure the effective use of the limited resources available. By

utilizing this, the organization will decrease the losses from the misuse of funds and, therefore,

make it possible to attain the set goals for doubling the sales to recognize the maximum profits.

Furthermore, to be a successful manager, one must take the objectives given by the vice

president and break them down to support activities. It will provide a clear understanding of the

goals and the roles that everyone is supposed to play to achieve them. To become a successful

manager, one also must communicate the goals to the staff and measuring the results. It is

essential because it will allow the manager to make continuous improvements.
