*RIZAL, NOT EXPECTING SOMETHING IN RETURN, THE PEOPLE OF DAPITAN WITH HIS ABILITIES AND
TALENTS. DESPITE HAVING NO AID FROM THE GOVERNMENT, HE WAS STILL ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE TO
DAPITAN. AS A MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY, HE BELIEVED THAT IT IS HIS OBLIGATION TO HELP HIS FELLOW
CITIZENS WHO ARE IN NEED.
RIZAL, WHO SHOWED THE TRUE MEANING OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP, LED HIS FELLOW FILIPINO IN THE
BATTLE AGAISNT THE SPANISH. RIZAL BRAVELY INVOLVED HIMSELF IN THE SOCIETY TO HELP OUT THE
PEOPLE OF HIS COUNTRY. MAY IT BE THROUGH ASSOCIATIONS, DEMONSTRATIONS AND PRACTICE OF
HIS PROFESSIONS. MAY IT BE THROUGH HIS WRITINGS THAT BULGARLY SHOWED THE DEFECTS OF THE
SPANISH. IT IS UNDENIABLY THAT RIZAL WAS A MAN OF SOCIETY.
