The EASYWALL™ partition system is designed to replace block work in non-load bearing internal walls. EASYWALL™ systems are available to suit all fire rated and
acoustic applications. Standard wall thicknesses of 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm are available from stock. These include cavity wall systems

EASYWALLTM System
EASYWALLTM is a masonry wall panel manufactured using fibre cement board for the panel facings with an interior composite core material of lightweight concrete
mix made from ordinary Portland cement, additives, aggregates, admixtures and Expanded Polystyrene. This combination of material delivers rigidity and strength.

Thermal Insulation/Energy Saving
EASYWALLTM is characterized by its superior thermal insulation. Since the
NEOPORE in the core acts as an air and vapor barrier it allows temperatures
to be maintained for longer periods above or below ambient conditions.
EASYWALLTM offers an energy-efficient & air tight building, providing greater
comfort and significant savings in heating and cooling costs.
Where higher levels of thermal insulation are required EASYWALLTM offers a
PIR-insulated option. Sandwiched within the core is a thick layer of PIR foam,
one of the world’s most effective insulating materials.
Rapid Installation
Building with the EASYWALLTM system contributes to rapid installation and a
reduction in manpower. Economical large-format panels and a
ready-finished surface means the walls do not need to be plastered. This
ensures much shorter construction cycles.
Robust Construction
Despite their ligtweight compostion buildings which use EASYWALLTM are
strong and capable of withstanding rough treatment and natural
calamities. EASYWALLTM partition walls can bear heavy attachments such as
kitchen cupboards, wash basins and televisions with proper anchoring.

EASYWALL Finishing
No Plastering / No Wet Trade
One of the biggest advantages of the EASYWALLTM is the elimination of the
conventional plastering process, which is time consuming and expensive.
Plastering is a serious impediment to the acceleration of a project schedule.
EASYWALLTM has semi-finished surfaces so all that is required post-erection
is simple tape setting and paint. EASYWALLTM is also flexible enough to
allow other finishes, such as stone, wood, ceramics.

Panels are manufactured to suit the design, allowing architects and building
designers freedom to create and innovate while developing designs that
best suit their clients needs. Flush jointing of the fibre cement sheets ensures
a smooth flat surface which readily accepts paint or texture finishes and is an
excellent substrate for ceramic tiling. Stone or other decorative claddings
may be fixed directly to the UrbanWALLTM face using proprietary systems,
subject to engineering approval.
Thermally Efficient
The natural thermal mass of an UrbanWALLTM concrete wall provides good
thermal efficiency. For increased thermal efficiency in external wall
applications, integrated insulation is optional for the 150 and 200mm wall
panels. The insulation material is high efficiency Neopore EPS by BASF or
other approved insulation materials, and is factory fitted internally in the
core of the panel to provide a significant increase in thermal efficiency
during both cooling and heating cycles.
Structural Durability
UrbanWALLTM panel formwork is concrete filled by the continuous pour
method, reducing joints to a minimum. This reduces the risk of cracking,
increasing the durability, weather resistance and long term durability of the
structure. This is a huge advantage compared to traditional brick/block wall
