• Project planning,scheduling,monitoring, cost controlling ,preparing master
programe ,resource planning ,EOT , Project Invoice claiming etc.
• Weekly updating the approved baseline program as per actuals on site.
• Visit building sites to monitor progress & Highlighting critical activities to the
management.

 • Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports including ‘S’-curves, one week look ahead
& one month look ahead activities for Client and Management reviews.
