Smart City ICT Master Plan -Naya Raipur Development Authority Project

Naya Raipur is planned and designed as a new city of the 21st century with focus on socio-economic and
cultural life of the State of Chhattisgarh. The new city is envisaged to be developed in phases for an estimated
population of 5.6 lakh. NRDA is currently involved in the preparation of ICT master plan with the help of PwC. 1

CIDCO: Surveillance for the city of Navi Mumbai


Project

2 The engagement involves holistic and integrated video surveillance system for CIDCO Area. The video
surveillance system shall be integrated with surveillance systems of different stakeholders with the objective of

Geo Spatial Delhi Ltd – Development of Smart City using data sets of DSSDI Project

We have been tasked with providing the strategy for building the enablement layer, ensuring cross
departmental acceptance and on boarding the right set of vendors who can implement our strategy.

Our role is to ensure the success of the smart city project by helping following line departments of Govt of

Delhi to serve their users, stakeholders and citizens in better & efficient way, using the improved & enhanced
GIS system

4 The client wanted to redefine its strategy to increase citizen reach and to improve the service delivery process
PwC identified the immediate need to re haul the service delivery process. Currently a detailed analysis of the
city infrastructure and its KPIs identification is in progress.

The client has been in the utilities business and created a large portfolio of investments in a PPP mode and
now wanted to leverage its investments and anchor the Smart City Project for identified Cities

PwC is engaged to design the Client’s Smart City Strategy covering designing the City Operations Model,

6 The client wanted to redefine its strategy to move progressively from its existing solution & services offerings
in the space of Security Solutions to Smart City Solutions.
