Being professional and on time is very important for the Reflection
academic success, but it is a difficult task to accomplish
as well. According to my previous teaching practices,
planning and time management are very essential things
that allow you to achieve your objectives or goals.
Actually, I faced many problems with time
management. I was late for school most of the time and
sometimes I was unable to accomplish my lesson
objectives because I was not organizing my time.
Therefore, in my next teaching practice, I will create a

Planning for learning refers to the consideration of the Reflection

Reflection Managing students is not an easy mission to do during
the classroom. It requires lots of effort and patience.
Actually, in my last teaching practice when I observed
my peer, I noticed the significant and positive influence
of the positive reinforcement on students' behavior. My
peer was able to fully engage the students during her
whole lesson through several positive reinforcement
strategies. Therefore, in my teaching practice, I will
apply the same thing with my students to manage them
during my lesson.

Reflection Monitoring students is very important. It provides an
opportunity for the teacher to make sure that students
are in the track and to check their understanding. In my
last teaching practice, I was not monitoring students
while working in the whole class, which made me lose
my classroom management. Hence, I wasted a lot of
time trying to manage them. In addition, sometimes I
was not able to achieve my lesson objectives because I
had no time to implement all the assessments to check
students understanding. Therefore, in my next teaching
practice, I will monitor students while working.

Reflection The main aim of the critical reflection is to improve


teacher teaching and students learning. In my previous
teaching practices, I used to describe what happened in
the class more than reflecting about why these things
happened. It requires the teacher to ask more "why"
questions and try to improve her way and strategies of
teaching. However, in my next teaching practice, I will
work hard to improve my reflection.
