The lesson plan was missing some required information of differentiation strategies. In addition, She

the lesson was more teacher-centered and the teacher talked more than students did. I think she must provide

:Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague)

I got another valuable opportunity to observe my colleague for the second time and based on my previous
peer observation that went very well, I was so excited to go through this experience again. Additionally, I
noticed that my colleague was more excited than me because she kept asking me to observe her again many
times in which we get another chance to benefit from each other through discussing and sharing our ideas
together. Also, she wanted me to see either if she had improved the areas that needed to be improved or not.

However, she started the lesson by presenting some pictures and asking the students some oral questions to
introduce the topic of the lesson, which was a good strategy to follow. Students were engaged and
participating actively to answer her questions. They were able to guess the topic of the lesson and I believe
this was because of her appropriate selection of the relevant pictures to the topic. In addition, the positive
reinforcement strategies that she applied were effective; they motivated students to participate during the
whole lesson. Moreover, she was monitoring students while performing their tasks to make sure that they
were on the track, working collaboratively, and knew what they have to do.

Unfortunately, she had some grammar mistakes and I suggested that she needs to practice on her language
more. Furthermore, the lesson was more teacher-centered and I proposed that she has to implement some
students-centered activities in which students work on their tasks independently. Also, she did not
differentiae her oral questions according to students' levels and abilities. Most of her questions were suitable
to the low achievers; she did not ask challenging questions that required critical thinking for the high
achievers. Therefore, she wrote some notes about what I discussed with her to improve the areas that I
mentioned in her future lessons.
