Go-Live Date: January 5, 2020

The technology used for order and time keeping is ShiftWise Staff Time Tracker.
Contingent Staff Timekeeping Process
 Registration is required in ShiftWise to enter time. Please ensure that you have registered in ShiftWise
before your first shift.
 All time for contingent labor shifts will be captured in ShiftWise’s timekeeping tool Staff Time Tracker.
 Time must be entered daily and needs to be reviewed by worker by end of last shift in week.
 For any discrepancies or timekeeping changes required, a Timesheet Exception Form will need to be
reviewed and signed by Emory Unit Leader. Exception Forms must be sent to
AMNMSPClientTime@amnhealthcare.com and leave a copy with Unit Leader.
 Do not clock in more than 7 minutes prior to your schedule start time.
