We, the students of John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University-Arevalo of Polaris

4B, are conducting an experimental research project entitled, “The Effectiveness of Potato
(Solanum tuberosum) in Corrosion Inhibitor and Rust Removal”.

In relation to this, we would like to ask permission from your good office to allow us to
use one of the school’s laboratories on January 28, 2015, 0900H.

The said laboratory will be the venue for the extraction of organic juices and we would
like to borrow the following:
 2 pcs. 500 ml beaker
 2 pcs. 100 ml beaker
 1 pc. digital weighing scale
 1 pc. stirring rod
 2 pcs. knife
 2 pcs. 500 ml graduated cylinder
