Ako si GENEROSA C. ALORRO, naa sa saktong

pangedaron, Filipino, nanumpa ug nagsaysay na:

Sa atubangan ni Atty. Sarah Joy V. Luzon sa iyang address

na 01-0199 May-as St., Brgy. 1, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur,
naghimo ko aning judicial affidavit nga porma sa pangutana.
Gibuhat ni nako nga judicial affidavit nga boluntaryo ug naa sa
akong kaugalingong paghuna-huna nga ako nanhumpa ani ug
kahibalo ko na pwede ko kasuhan ug kasong kriminal na perjury
or false testimony. Akong submitar ni nga judicial affidavit para
mahimo na ko na direct na testimonya ani nga kaso:

I, GENEROSA C. ALORRO, of legal age, married, Filipino,

under oath, depose and state, that:

May-as St., Brgy 1., San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, I executed a
judicial affidavit in a question and answer form. I am executing
this judicial affidavit voluntarily with full consciousness that I am
doing this under oath and awareness that I may face criminal
sanctions for perjury or false testimony. I respectfully submit that
this judicial affidavit be adopted as my direct testimony in the
instant case, as follows:

A1 : Ako si Generosa C. Alorro, nag-edad ug 41 anyos ug

nagpuyo sa Sitio Jobar, Brgy. Sta Juana, Tagbina, Surigao del
Sur.

Q1 : Please state your name and other personal

circumstances for the benefit of the court.

A1 : : I am Generosa C. Alorro, 41 years old and currently

residing at Sitio Jobar, Sta Juana, Tagbina, Surigao del Sur.

Q2 : Miss witness, kaila ba ka sa akusado na si Rufino

Larawan Lumactod ani nga kaso?

A2 : Oo, ma’am.

Q2 : Miss witness, do you know the accused Rufino Larawan

Lumactod of this present case?

A2: Yes, ma’am.

Q3: Gi-unsa nimo pagka-ila sa akusado na si Rufino Larawan

Lumactod?

A3: Silingan man namo siya ma’am uban ang iyang pamilya.
Pareho ra mi ug Sitio na gipuy-an ug nahimo pud ko na Sitio
Leader sugod atong 2014 hantod karun na tuig 2020.

Q3 : How do you know the accused Rufino Larawan

Lumactod?

A3 : He is my neighbor together with his whole family. We

reside in the same Sitio and I have also been the Sitio Leader
since 2014 until this current year 2020.

Q4 : Niingon man ka na silingan mo, unsa kalayuon imong

balay sa balay ni Rufino Lumactod?
 A4: Naay lima ka balayan na tapad-tapad ang nagdistanya
sa amoang mga balay.

Q4 : As you said that you were neighbors, how far is your

house from the house of Rufino Lumactod?

A4 : There were only five (5) houses that set our houses
apart.

Q5 : Aha ka di-atong Nobyembre 30, 2014 sa bandang alas

singko sa hapon na maoy panahon na nahitabo ang insidente sa
pagpatay aning kasuha nahitabo?

A5 : Naa ra ko sa among Sitio na Sitio Jobar ug tungod kay

Domingo man, nagsimba pud ko uban akong pamilya.

Q5 : Where are you on November 30, 2014 at around

5’oclock in the afternoon when the murder incident in this present
case took place ?

A5: I was at our Sitio which is Sitio Jobar and because it was
a Sunday, I went to church with our family.

Q6: Nakit-an ba nimo ang akusado na si Rufino Lumactod sa

Sitio Jobar atong Nobyembre 30, 2014 bandang alas singko sa
hapon?

A6: Yes, maam. Nakit-an nako si Rufino Lumactod sa among

Siito ana nga adlaw ug ana nga oras ug kauban pud iyang
pamilya.

Q6: Have you seen accused Rufino Lumactod at Sitio Jobar

on November 30, 2014 at around 5 o’clock in the afternoon?

A6: Yes, ma’am. I saw Rufino Lumactod at Sitio Jobar di-

atong November 30, 2014 at around 5 o’clock in the afternoon.

Q7 : Nakit-an ba nimo or na-obserbaran ba nimo si Rufino

Lumactod na ga-apilan ug mga kalihukan na kontra sa gobyerno?

A7 : Wala maam. Wala gyud siyay labot ot naga-apil ug

mga kalihukan na kontra sa gobyerno. Sa tinuod lang, gatrabaho
ran a siya sa uma para sa iyang pamilya ug dili pud gyud na siya
tig-gawasan sa ilang balay or mulakaw pud sa among Sitio ug
nahimo pud siya na pastor sa ilang simbahan.

Q7 : Have you seen or observed accused Rufino Lumactod

involved in any anti-government movement or activities?

A7 : No, Sir. He has not been involved in any anti-

government movement or activities. As a matter of fact, he just
worked hard in the field for his family and seldom leave their
house or our Sitio as he was also a pastor of their church.
