Withdrawing approval of the Agreement Establishing the
World Trade Organization.

1 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives

2 of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 That the Congress withdraws its approval, provided under
4 section 101(a) of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act, of
5 the WTO Agreement as defined in section 2(9) of that
6 Act.
