    FITT PRINCIPLE
    OF DANCE REHEARSAL

    Frequency- Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday

    Intensity- I did five(5) repetition every hour to memorize my stepping.

    Type- My training is not too difficult because my routine is just a simple stepping which is a modern dance.

    Time- From 5:00-6:30PM is my rehearsal.

    Dance Synopsis/Styles/Background
    The left n right is a dance challenge by the mastermind. The movements and stepping of the dance
    is simple but propitious to the music. The dance is nicer when it is performed with discipline and if it is
    exaggerated perfectly. I picked this dance for my solo dance because I know that I can express myself
    through this.
