7-4. Disassembly

1 1) Put the device in the AOD jig. 2 Detach the OCTA Assy.
2) Disassemble the OCTA using the AOD. 1) Detach the OCTA ASSY.
2) Detach the OCTA FPCB from OCTA.

When disassembly OCTA don’t use alcohol. Be care of scratch.

3 Unscrew 34 Point and disassemble 4 Disassemble Front ASSY.

5 Unscrew Main and Sub PBA screw 9point. 6 T865 : Detach 5 Coexial cable and 10 FPCB
connector.
T860 : Detach 2 Coexial cable and 10 FPCB
connector.

2 Attach Main PBA ,IF sub PBA, WIFI sub PBA.

1 Connect IF sub PBA and 3Coexial cable.
1) Screw 9point.
2) T865 : Connect 5 Coexial cable on Main PBA.
T860 : Connect 2 Coexial cable on Main PBA.
3) Connect 10FPCB Connector.

4 Press Back Glass.

3 1) Attach Front ASSY Pressing force : 1 N.
2) Screw 34point Pressing time : 1 minute.
* Torque Value : 1.2±0.1kgfcm
Do not Screw 6 POINT
