1.1. Packaging:
Horizontally piled on the palette, outer surface of the palette covered with protective cardboard or
wood cage, the rolls should be palletized hanging on iron bars while horizontally piling the foil rolls on
the palette. Palette and rollsizes should be as identified below.

1.3. VisualAcceptanceand RejectionCriteria:


Rolls should be in propertightness and properly rolled up. Foil rolling tightness should be between 0,5-
1,0 bar.
The packages of the rolls and rolls themselves should have no kind of damage, impact mark, scratch
etc., a band should be used to prevent marks while adhering the foil to the roll by covering with a
blanket or sponge.

Following faults should not be available on the foils on no condition and they are certainly not
acceptable.

'/ Orange peel on the foil surface,


'/ Pimples on the foil surface,
,/ Stains on the foil surface,
'/ Vertical, horizontal or diagonal marks on the foil surface,
,/ Shade difference in the foil,
,/ Rolling faults in the foil etc.

Shade difference is not acceptable in the same lot and roll. Significant pattern difference should be
avoided in patterned foils.
