1. For me, Business Report Writing is basically one of the most


effective ways to communicate in today’s business world. It is the
process of preparing a formal written document for a business
setting. For instances, when you write a report for your boss in a
formal and professional style. Making a report that details the findings
of a marketing study and includes an introduction, executive
summary of the information and the findings. It includes practicing or
awareness of correct grammar and punctuations when we create a
letter or proposal in a business. In fact, to write an effective business
report you first need to understand what it is and how it can be used.
It refers to the use fact and research to study data, analyze
performance and provide recommendations on a company’s future. In
which generally involve writing correspondence and formatting letters
accurately. However, it is an orderly presentation of facts about
specific activity. It is always formal and objective that every detail
information provided must be clear. Having a good business report
writing should contains simplicity, clarity, brevity, accuracy and
relevance. In addition, you can learn how to make good business
letter in proper. Fortunately, it is useful in terms of a business
especially when you write and report about the status and promotion.
Definitely, in doing office tasks through this it may success, eventually
helps upon reaching targets and keep their persistent goal in tack.
Thus, it provide useful insights, important details, even improve
decision-making, be clear, correct and specific.
2. Well, Parliamentary Procedure in conducting a meeting is a set
of well proven rules designed to move business along in a meeting
while maintaining order and controlling the communications process.
It is also having a correct rules for conducting a successful meeting.
It allows everyone to be heard and to make decisions without
confusion. When you said parliamentary procedure means rules of
order in which the goals extend courtesy to everyone, focus on one
thing at the time, observes the rule of majority and ensures the right
of the minority. Having this in a conducting a meeting is very useful in
terms of understanding and respect the rules that will implement
during meeting. However, in uses parliamentary procedures to
conduct a meetings is helpful because it provide a time-tested
method of conducting business at meetings and public gatherings.
The procedures can be adapted to fit the needs of any organization. It
is a gathering of a group of people to make decisions that follow the
rules of order from the start of the meeting until the end. Its purpose
is to help groups accomplish their tasks through an orderly,
democratic process. It is used by most groups as they conduct their
meetings. In addition, it can make the group decision process more
orderly, and can make the meeting run smoother. Thus, it can make
meetings run smoothly, assure everyone gets to voice their opinion,
and maintain order.
3. In my own words, Business Communication is the transmission of
information within the business environment. The information may be
transmitted through sent and received between or among individuals.
It is all about communicating other people business not only through
verbal communication but also through writing where you can
express your thoughts and ideas involve business that are useful and
helpful to improve a business. In fact, it is the sharing of information
between people within an organization that is performed for the
commercial benefit of the organization. However, it is considered as a
backbone of an organization and provides an excellent opportunity to
work effectively within the organization which making the
dissemination of terms and information way easier and faster. It may
include sending emails or making correspondence with the intent of
forwarding and exchanging messages necessary in any organization
or firm. Moreover, it is a way to have fine and excellent conveyance
of letter or correspondence on some sort of interchangeable
information in order to promote the organization goals, objectives,
aims and activities Thus, it boosts employee morale, helps build the
team, increases customer satisfaction, improves productivity, make
good executing decision, successful selling, effective meeting,
reaching agreements, and gain knowledge how to be a good
communicator in business not only in verbal but in writing.

SUBJECT : Suspension of Classes amidst COVID-19 Crisis Public Advisory

DATE : March 14, 2020

In view of Proclamation No. 922, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte declaring a “State of
Public Health Emergency”, throughout the Philippines due to the rapid span of COVID-
19 Pandemic in the entire archipelago. The university herein calls for awareness
regarding to this issue and issues advisory to at least help prevent the spread of the
said contagious virus. In adherence to Executive Order No. 9, recently issued by
Governor Arthur Yap as part of the measures instituted to address this threat of COVID-
19.

Please be advised that the BISU educational system constructed the following
directives are hereby issued to be promulgated in the entire institution due to COVID-
19:

 With regards to this, Classes, Examination and School Activities in all levels
specifically in all campuses are SUSPENDED effective immediately from March
15 until May 15, 2020 in order to avoid this virus and for safety of students.
 Face to face interaction with students including giving activities, and lectures are
altered to home based on flexible learning modalities through online and all the
activities will be submitted on May 18, 2020.
 All teachers, employees and working staff are required to report to their
respective campuses on March 17, 2020 for further instruction.
