a) Define types of training that suitable for the


subordinates.
b) Prepare a draft Work Plan for the
instrument team.
c) Understand task function of the
subordinates.
d) Identify training requirement for
subordinates.
e) Propose and submit the training required
for subordinate to Hiring Manager.
f) Refer Proposal Report

2. Understand Staff Appraisal.

a) Identify types of staff appraisal which are Show the Staff Appraisal
suitable for the subordinates.
b) Conduct appraisal activities between
Supervisor and subordinates.
c) Provide input, related information and
write up onto the Appraisal Form given
(See attachment).
d) Define objective, performance indicators,
and results achieved for the subordinates.
e) Propose a draft rating for the
subordinates.
f) Fill up recommendation in the
Appraisal Form.
