TITLE : CONDUCT STAFF TRAINING AND
PERFORM STAFF APPRAISAL
5. List down the purpose and write in the "White
Board" Trainees must be able to :
i. Understand conduct staff training.
ii. Understand Staff Appraisal.
iii. Understand responsibility of Supervisor and
subordinates.
6. State the purpose / importance in this subject.
7. Investigate level knowledge of trainees about this
topic.
PENYAMPAIAN /PRESENTATION:
a) Identify types of staff appraisal which are Show the Staff Appraisal
suitable for the subordinates.
b) Conduct appraisal activities between
Supervisor and subordinates.
c) Provide input, related information and
write up onto the Appraisal Form given
(See attachment).
d) Define objective, performance indicators,
and results achieved for the subordinates.
e) Propose a draft rating for the
subordinates.
f) Fill up recommendation in the
Appraisal Form.
