Process Development and Review
Production Delay Template
The Production Delay template is created and implemented by Microsoft
Word Mail-merge and Macro function are selected to apply in this template. The
development process of this template creates document standard in the form of
Adept Owl company style. Moreover, it ensures consistency, which reduces non-
professionalism format, and efficiency that minimize time consumption, leading
more productivity. Mail-merge function, additionally, reduces spelling error and
convenient to client name search.
To use this template, it firstly link to client contact list
(MailMergeContact.xlsx). After you use mail merge function to select client
needed to be sent this letter and create new document by using this template.
Word program will automatically pop up required input-field to insert. After filling
up all parameter, Word will generate the complete Production Delay letter and
run Macro, Add Auto Signature, according to pre-setting automatically. Then, you
will have complete Production Delay letter for selected client.
Expense Report
Expense report is used and created by Microsoft Excel. Drop-down list, Data
Formatting and Macro function are selected to implement in this report. The
development process of this report creates document standard associated with
Adept Owl company style. In addition, it prevents unmatched format by input
Data Format in table cell, and incorrect or incomplete data by using Drop-down
list function. This generates organizational standard format and easy-to-use
interface.
Both of them substantially increase Administration team performance in a
range of documentation task included customer focus, productivity, employee
development, company expenditure and sustainable tools. The evaluated
performance outcome has shown in table below.
