All necessary permissions and developments will be completed by the end of scheme

period.
2. Full payment to be paid on or before 30 days from the date of
plot I site booking.
3. Is If a member discontinues payment for 3 consecutive months,
his / her account MI be frozen and plot I site
allotment stands cancelled automatically.
IL Revival of account for re-allotment of the plot / site will only be done subject to plot /
site
payment of all the arrears with an interest ©1 24°K pea.
HI. Refund policy:
No refund will be provided for part - sale consideration of Rs. 50,000 or below.
Cancellation charges rdp 25% on payments above Rs. 50,000 will be deducted towards
development
charges (land, marketing & administration).
4.The company reserves the right to increase the price of the plot / site in the
above scheme before the enrolment
of member. The company also reserves the right to charge a minimum of 24% interest PA
for late I delayed
payments.
5.The company shall not be liable for cash payments made without obtaining
signed official receipts and payments
made to unauthorized persons. Payments should be made strictly at our office or to our
authorized collection
executives holding photograph affixed identity cards and against signed official receipts.
6.In case of unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to re-
allotment the plot I site with the
same specification in another place, incase for any reason layout plan is to be altered.

8. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application & cancel the
membership and plot a/ site
allotment without assigning any reasons or prior notice. The company also reserves the
right to amend the terms
and conditions as and when required.
9. The company will not be responsible I liable for any loss or
delay caused by the act of nature, government's
legislations or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company on
the project.
10.All cheques I D. D'sshould be drawn in favour of FORTUNE TOWNSHIP
PAYABLE AT VISAKHAPATNAM.
