Level 3 Communications is the premier wholesale provider of service over the world’s most
advanced, IP optimized network, over which it provides a complete portfolio from dark Fiber to
VoIP. Level 3 whose headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado and London, England is the key
enabler of VoIP Service which covers 93% US population and leading E-911 Network coverage
91% US households within the top 25 metropolitan areas. The Level 3 Local Inbound service
allows companies to offer VoIP service for subscribers with broadband connections using
Level 3-provided building blocks such as network trunking, local number portability and the
opportunity for a nomadic VoIP E-911 solution. Level 3 VoIP Enhanced Local service is a
wholesale solution that enables companies that operate their own Class 5 switching
infrastructure to launch IP-based local and long-distance communications services to
broadband residential and business customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Design of solution and creation of high level design document

 Documentation for handover to implementation team
 Support order completion
 High Level Designs (HLDs) & Low Level Designs (LLDs) for Client network.
 Technical support for Implementation team
 Production of Customer configuration documentation
 Preparing Quality/BSP/Daily Reports and conducting Audits.
 Queue Managing

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

 Technical support for add/moves/changes in customer network.

 Support change request and deliver design
 Preparing a complete managed technical solution design for customer including
technologies viz. MPLS, IPVPN, Internet, ISDN and DSL for a specific bid.

UAT – User Application Testing
