3 Cold Room Doors Check guide rollers to guide rail alignment, re align if necessary.
4 Plastic Curtain Replace tear and damage curtain sheets.
Check loose capscrew retighten if present.
Check leaks and remedy if necessary
5 Water Pumps. Check Motor Control Center operation.
C GENERATOR
Check engine Oil Level.
1 Lubricating Check hydraulic Governor oil level.
2 Cooling Check Coolant Level.
3 Operational Procedure No load test for 5 mins.
4 Electrical Check Battery Charging System.
5 Engine Related Check for Unusual vibration during test record & correct if necessary.

Check pressure in pipe , maintain 150 PSI.
Check Water level in storm cistern Tank ( Maintain1/2 status)
Check operation of Jockey pump.
Check Control panel.
Check Leaks in pipe, valves and joint correct if present.
Check gauges condition.
1 Fire Springkler System Check Siamese twin and ensure un obstructed all the time.
Check all component are in place.
Check valve status and ensure that always operational.
2 Fire Hoses Check the unit and ensure un obstructed and in proper location.
