Here are some facts that people should know about bullying. Not all bullies have
low-self esteem. They bully because they feel that they are entitled and given the
power
to do so. Some students bully because they too have sometime before been victims of
bullying. Some students even bully due to peer pressure.
Bullying involves having power over weaker ones. Some bully because they
want to be seen as 'powerful' and demand respect from the other students. It is
important to note that many students are bullied because the bully had made a choice to
target them. Bullying can start as early as preschool. And it can go on to workplace
bullying. Physical bullying is the most common type of bullying. Not only boys even
girls bully.
