we have partnered up with dove nest, high performing managers who want to gain a leadership
leadership + management specialists, to qualification* to support their career development. it’s a 2 year
bring the level 5 operations + departmental exciting but challenging programme so commitment is a must!
manager apprenticeship to wagamama!
through a blended learning approach… general managers
this 18-24 month course will give you the
head chefs
skills, knowlege + behaviours to help you
grow in your managerial role
assistant general managers
you will get 3 x 2 day experiential leadership
development retreats on lake Windemere
with your fellow wagamama level 5 senior sous chefs
apprentices as well as monthly visits +
remote tutorials with a dedicated trainer
*must not have a previous level 5 qualification in the same subject
assignment deadlines, self study, work..
but it’s well worth it! what we ask of you is
your dedication + commitment all the way to
what you can expect...
the end. we know you can do it!
the £9000 ilm qualification covers varied topics
including finance, project management +
problem solving. this is a fantastic qualification
which holds industry credibility through building
