Hey Mandy! What’s up?

Hey Bob! You sound out of breath.


Are you okay? What are you doing?

Well, I’m actually working out! Since I have all this


extra time on my hands, I decided to try to lose a
couple of extra pounds.

That’s great! What inspired you to do that?

You did actually! After you told me that you started an


online course, I thought that I should do something too.
I mean, you are right. The world is in a terrible place right
now, but if everyone just sits inside and watches TV all day,
we will just make matters worse.
This is an awful situation, but also a unique opportunity for
us all to grow somehow. Or… in my case shrink I guess!

Haha! That’s awesome Bob!


I’m so glad that something I did motivated you
to start something new and productive.
So what are you doing exactly?

I found a couple of pretty cool YouTube sites


with some high-intensity workouts.
Push-ups, sit-ups, squats.. a little bit of
everything. I really work up a good sweat.
