Bonus Lick

Here’s a little bonus treat for you. This lick didn’t make the non-deluxe release as there was
just too much content to fit in. Regardless, it’s a cool picking line nontheless. The tempo is
quite crazy, so make sure you break this down into bite sized pieces before you attempt to
play the whole thing at full tempo. I use strict alternate picking, except for the odd tied note
and I faciliate some of the string crossing towards the end of the lick by using the right hand
middle finger to pluck a few notes.

This line contains lots of chromaticism and embellishments. Try some of these ideas as
triplets as well, those lines work wonderfully at a slower pace as well.
