Testing Instruments : DIGITAL LOW RESISTANCE OHMMETER
Inspection Results :
1. All breakers are tested in manual, electrical, and trip operation.EPM Digital Meter is also operational..
2. Above test values are within the acceptable limits and no sign of abnormallity and the subject unit is still in good operating condition.
3. All bolts and nuts were re-tightened. Accumulated dusts and dirt were removed using dry cotton rags and vacuum cleaner.
4. "WIPE-OUT" was applied to the exterior of the enclosure to remove stains.
5. "Contact Cleaner" was applied to the contact terminal of breaker to remove dust and carbon to improve the contact resistance.
6. "Penetrating Oil and Moisture Displacer" was applied to improve the mechanical operation of breakers.

Overall Assessment :
LVSG 1 is in good working condition, busbar, breaker and all other components are in good condition and no sign of deterioration was found at the time of the inspection.

Inspection Results :

LVSG 2 except for the defective Digitrip of all CB is in good working condition,at the time of Preventive Maintenance..

Recommendation:
For immediate replacement of defective Digitrip Protection Relay.

LVSG 3 except for the defective Digitrip of all CB and charging handle of Main CB is in good working condition,at the time of Preventive Maintenance..
Recommendation:
For immediate replacement of defective Digitrip Protection Relay and Main CB.

4. All bolts and nuts were re-tightened. Accumulated dusts and dirt were removed using dry cotton rags and vacuum cleaner.
5. "WIPE-OUT" was applied to the exterior of the enclosure to remove stains.
6. "Contact Cleaner" was applied to the contact terminal of breaker to remove dust and carbon to improve the contact resistance.
7. "Penetrating Oil and Moisture Displacer" was applied to improve the mechanical operation of breakers.

Overall Assessment :
ATS 1/ ELVSB1 is in good working condition, busbar, breaker and all other components are in good condition and no sign of deterioration was found at the time of the inspection.

Inspection Results :
1. All breakers are tested in manual, electrical, and trip operation.And also conducted Contact Resistance of all breakers.
2. Above test values are within the acceptable limits and no sign of abnormallity and the subject unit is still in good operating condition.
3. Automatic transfer and engine start operation is functioning properly.
