 ADMIXTURES / SUPER PLASTICIZERS FOR CONCRETE

a) BS-17-3P: IT IS A CHLORIDE FREE WATER REDUCING & SUPER

PLASTICIZING ADMIXING AGENT FOR CONCRETE. It is mainly used in RMC
production units, concrete batching plant at site. It is perfectly compatible
with all types of cement & with natural sand mixes. BS-17 3P conforms to
specification & guidelines provided in IS: 9103:1999 & BS: 5075 PART 3

b) BS FUTURA PCX107: IT IS AN ADVANCED NEXT GENERATION SUPER

PLASTICIZER BASED ON POLYCARBOXYLIC ETHER POLYMERS integrating
NANO technology concepts for creating high performance concrete. It is a non
flammable material & is compatible with all commonly available aggregates,
and sands including manufactured sands. It is used by RMC & batching plant
at construction sites, for production of high performance concrete with high
grade strengths & improved quality.

 PERFORMANCE FLOORING

a) BS FLOOR HARD: IT IS A NATURAL AGGREGATE BASED SURFACE

HARDENER in a premixed powder form designed to be applied as a dry shake
over a freshly floated concrete floor. It is used in light & medium industrial &
commercial buildings, Basements, Mechanical Workshops, Storage
warehouses Parking area to have enhance abrasion resistance.

b) BS FLOOR DENSE: CONCRETE FLOOR DENSIFIER, FINISHING AID, DUST

PROOFING AND POLISHING SYSTEM for Concrete Floors. It is chloride free
inorganic water borne hardening or densifying treatment for concrete floor.
It reduces the fine dust released from concrete floors, increases abrasion
resistance & enables the concrete floor to have natural sheen for lifetime.
c) BS WAHREN CF: NEW PRODUCT FOR LAMINATING AND DUST PROOFING
SYSTEM FOR CONCRETE FLOOR. It is transparent ready to use coating for
concrete floor. It gives an instant shine to floor and may be used for all kinds
of concrete floors in food warehouses, hospitals and other commercial
spaces. It is two coat system with a primer and a top coat. It is used on fully
cured floor. It provided stain resistance, oil resistance and dust stopping
properties to the concrete floor.

 TILE FIXING SOLUTION

a) TILE EASY: TILE EASY IS A TILE FIXING MORTAR FOR INTERIOR

APPLICATION. It is a highly polymer modified cementitious tile adhesive with
enhanced flexibility & bond strength. It provides very good adhesion of tiles
or stone cladding to plastered surface. It is recommended for tile sizes upto
2ft by 2ft. It can be used for fixing ceramic tile, glazed tile, semi vitrified tiles,
terrazzo& mosaic . It complies to IS15477:2004.

b) TILE EASY- EX: TILE EASY-EX IS A TILE FIXING MORTAR FOR EXTERIOR
APPLICATION. It is a highly polymer modified cementitious tile adhesive with
enhanced flexibility & bond strength. It provides very good adhesion of tiles
or stone cladding to plastered surface for tiles sizes upto 3ft by 3 ft. It can be
used for fixing ceramic tile, glazed tile, semi vitrified tiles, terrazzo& mosaic. It
complies to IS15477:2004.
 WATER PROOFING SOLUTIONS

a) BC MOISTURE ZERO: COMPOSITE ACRYLIC POLYMER BASED

CEMENTITIOUS CRACK RESISTANT FLEXIBLE WATER PROOFING
COATING. IT IS TO BE USED as cementitious slurry to provide
waterproofing layer against moisture. It finds application in water
proofing of terrace with (with fiber reinforcement), water tanks,
underground basements, water-bodies from positive side. It is safe for
Potable Water Uses.

b) BC MOISTURE ZERO ADVANCE: SINGLE COMPONENT COLD APPLIED

ACRYLIC WATER PROOFING MEMBRANE. it is an elastomeric acrylic
water proofing coating done on terraces, both new & old. It extends the
life for old & new roofs and reduces the thermal impact on the roofs due to
high surface reflecting property. It can be also used on Metal & Plywood
surface.

c) BC DRY CRETE: ADMIXTURE FOR CONCRETE / PLASTER TO GIVE

INTEGRAL WATER PROOFING PROPERTIES. It is a chloride free, water
proofing admixture. It is a multipurpose admixture and can be used in
plastering as well as in concrete.
 CONCRETE REPAIRS AND BONDING SOLUTION

a) BC SMART BOND 100: MULTI-USE BONDING AND REPAIRING

SYSTEM FOR CONCRETE & MORTAR. It is a multipurpose chemical
which is used in concrete & mortar as a polymer modifier to increase
resistance to cracks, water penetration, improve abrasion resistance.

b) REPCON: REVOLUTIONARY PRODUCT SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR

HILLY TERRAINS. It is premixed concrete mortar that is used to carry
out small repairs in home, kitchen, patio& other places. It is ready to
use repair mix which is available in small packing. Only water needs to
be added and masonry repairs can be conducted.

 Grouting solutions

a) BC EPOXY 809 ULTRA: SOLVENT FREE ADVANCED EPOXY DESIGNED

FOR HIGHLY FAST CURING, HIGH STRENGTH, & FOR MECHANICAL
LOADS and a MOISTURE INSENSITIVE SYSTEM. It is used in conducting
repair & grouting & fixing of bolts and anchors exposed to dynamic
loads & heavy machine & foundation where moisture is present and
very fast curing time is required. RETURN TO SERVICE IN 4 HOURS

b) BC EPOXY 611: SOLVENT FREE EPOXY BASED NORMAL CURING HIGH

STRENGTH GROUT. It is used in heavy machine base plate or
foundation plate grouting and have fast curing time.

c) EASY GROUT: CEMENTITIOUS GROUT FOR MACHINE AND

FABRICATED STRUCTURE. It is a ready to use, free flowing, non shrink,
natural aggregate based cementitious grout with proprietary polymers
used in base plate & column, prefabricated panels & beams, anchor
bolts and bars
 ADMIXTURE FOR MANUFACTURED CONCRETE PRODUCTS (PRECAST
CONCRETE)

a) BC SKY CAST A: COMPACTION IMPROVING ADMIXTURE AGENT FOR

PRECAST CONCRETE & AAC BLOCKS. IT IS A new generation
admixture & provides excellent compacting support specially for semi
dry concrete mixes. It replaces the traditional super plasticizers. It
improves early strength of the precast, reduces losses caused by
damages in the final products, improves water imperviousness making
product more water resistance & provides higher Compressive &
tensile strength.

b) BC BOND SMART: TECHNICAL MORTAR FOR FIXING & FINISHING

AAC BLOCKS, HOLLOW BLOCKS, CONCRETE & CEMENT MORTAR
BLOCKS and also fixing gaps between DOOR & WINDOW SILLS. It is a
smart innovation as a premixed dry mortar used in fixing the blocks to
different density masonry substrates.

a) BC WAHREN PS: HIGH PERFORMANCE SOLVENT BORNE

PROTECTION COATING FOR NATURAL STONES (HIGH GLOSS). It is a
protection coating for all kind of porous stones. Designed to work as
film forming plus a pore sealing system. It keeps the stone facade free
from ugly fungal stains or moss growth during the rainy seasons.

b) BC PHOEBE AC: HIGH PERFORMANCE WATER BORNE PROTECTION

COATING FOR NATURAL STONES (SEMI GLOSS / WET LOOK). It gives
WET look on the stone surface. Designed to work as film forming plus
and a pore sealing system. It keeps the stone facade free from ugly
fungal stains or moss growth during the rainy seasons.
 c) BC RAINPEL: HIGH PERFORMANCE WATER REPELLENT COATING
FOR NATURAL STONES (NATURAL LOOK). It gives NATURAL look on
the stone surface. Designed to work as non film forming and a pore
sealing system. It keeps the stone facade free from ugly fungal stains or
moss growth during the rainy seasons

FIBRE CRETE

A. BC FIBRECRETE 6: HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE FIBRE FOR PLASTERING. It is a high

performance micro fiber developed as a crack controlling additive for cementitious materials. It
is available as a mono-filament 6mm in length for plastering work. It is used to inhibit the
formation of small crack which can occur through plastic shrinkage, premature drying and early
thermal changes. it enhances the bonding strength and life of the plastering work.

B. BC FIBRECRETE 12: HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE FIBER FOR MORTAR/CONCRETE MIX. It is a

precision cut 12mm length and is used in slabs, beams, column, lintel, pavements. It reduces
shrinkage cracks & micro cracks occurring during hardening stage and also reduces water
permeability. Allows overall enhancement of mechanical properties and durability of cement
mortar/ concrete.

C. BC FIBRECRETE 24: HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE FIBRE FOR FLOOR SCREEDS. It is a precision
cut fiber of 24mm length and is used in floor screeds to produce crack free and durable floors.
Improve the Compressive, tensile, Flexural strength of concrete in flooring. enhances the
abrasive resistance strength and reduces the problem of cracking.
