which is 8 to 10 hours with the same position, are as follows:

1. Back pain

The habit of sitting too long is usually experienced by office people. One
result of sitting too long is lower back pain or in the whole spine. That is
because the muscles become stiff due to sitting too long.

2. Impaired metabolic function

According to one study, sitting for too long for hours can disrupt the
body's metabolic system. The effect is a decrease in cholesterol in the body.
This will lead to overall health problems.

Women who sit for 7 hours a day have a higher risk of developing type 2
diabetes. If this habit is routinely carried out continuously every day, then get
ready for this disease.

stand up more often even if you just take water. This also allows you to often
go to the toilet.

Stand or do light activities every 30 minutes to relax your body from

stiffness.

3. Use the stairs

Instead of using an elevator, it's better to use stairs as well as 'light

exercise'. This can make your body fitter.

4. Use a flexible table

If possible, use a table that is adjustable in height, so that it can be changed

to be used when sitting or standing.

than using a telephone or short message like WhatsApp.
