Mission :

• Identify faults affecting Radio equipment,


• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of Radio equipment,
• Supervise and follow KPI while ensuring the proper functioning of the mobile equipments
• Ensure better radio availability
• Monitor QoS and third Service Level Agreement
• Identify weak points, suggest solutions and participate in the deployment of solutions,
redeployment, extension and/or modernization of network equipments,

Goals :

• Identify faults affecting mobile network equipments and quality in time,


• Follow up on preventive and corrective actions and propose necessary improvements,
• Respect the objectives and KPI for quality, accessibility and availability of mobile
network

Main professional activities:

• Identify faults according to process in coordination with the Optimization and


Mobile Quality team and the central structures of mobile Networks,
• take the mobilization of stakeholders and coordination with internal and external
clients during cutting power supplies,
• Assist , mobilize teams and collaborators,
• Control, supervise and follow the work of subcontracting companies and suppliers
and evaluate the services there and check contractual and technical compliance,
• Participate in the technical acceptance of supplies and services,
• Maintain the technical acceptance file following installation, extension and
maintenance operations,
• Participate in the control and maintenance of energy equipment and radio mobile
sites in coordination with the Core & EES unit to facilitate and accelerate
recovery,
• Ensure close coordination with the optimization and mobile quality subdivision in
order to optimize mobile networks,
• Coordinate with central structures and support groups to analyze, diagnose,
normalize and possibly validate planned, preventive or curative interventions
• Resolve minor technical problems inherent in the use of equipment.
• Prepare periodic reports relating to the activities: statistics ,dashboards
necessary reports for better optimization and quality of nirvana mobile network.
• Participate in training activities and ensure the transfer of skills,
• Identify the weak points, report the anomalies noted and propose solutions for
corrections,

• Guarantee adhesion between team members with an entrepreneurial and team spirit.
• Participate in the development of employee skills.
• Collaborate with the ROC Chef during team conflicts for a resolution without
negative impact.

• Perfect mastery of the rules of networks engineering.


• Mastery of equipment operation and maintenance techniques.

• Perfect knowledge of the products and services offered by nirvana operator.
• Perfect knowledge of production processes within nirvana operator .

EDUCATION / DIPLOMAS and previous experience


• Engineering diploma in telecommunications or electrical engineering or equivalent with
minimum experience of 1 year in technical activities related to Operation and Maintenance
SPECIFIC SKILLS
• Sense of organization and thoroughness.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Good communication technique
• Basics of civil engineering and wiring and QOS
• Perfect knowledge of the administrative procedures governing the relationship with
public institutions and local authorities.
