Media and consumer culture is very important to establish a product in market. Media is a
source of communicating the value of a product or service to customers, for the purpose
of selling that product or service. Medium is a massage. For circuiting a products have
different type of media such as film, television, radio, newspaper, magazines, advertising,
Internet, and other information and communication technologies. But all type of media is
not applicable for one product.

Campaign is necessary for any products but also necessary is what it is and who will be
using it. All campaign or marketing strategy is not same for all products. A product
marketing campaign uses a variety of media to promote an item or a line of products. So
set concrete goals for your product marketing campaign. Know products audience. If it’s
a campaign on an item attractive to senior citizens, it makes little or no sense to use
Facebook advertisements as a central focus of your campaign. Conversely, you may be
able to save money on traditional advertising and get more bangs for your buck
marketing online if your key demographic is teenagers. If it’s a campaign for an
educational organization, than first make it what type of educational organizational
organization it is. It’s for primary level, secondary level, College level, University level.
If it’s for university level student then first select what type of media the university’s
student use. So this campaign goes on like online, facebook, mail, new sparer or
magazine advertisement in some specific page those are especially for student. Billboards
are stand on students School College or in a university area, Specific TV or radio
program. If it’s a product for all like Bisect, shop then its target group is the entire citizen.
What is happening in the prime time news of commercial television channels in
Bangladesh is unprecedented in the world. In the name of corporate branding, every slot
of the news hours is sold to the advertisers. News is something that is served before, after
or middle of the advertisement. The dailies like Prothom Alo and The Daily Star are in
the leading role to offer the culture of purchasing and they have a craft of doing it in a
subtle way. As a part of that they manage few events that create a positive impression
towards them. They organize language contest and mathematics festival which are named
as ‘HSBC Language Contest’ and ‘Dutch-Bangla Bank Mathematics Festival’. They
regularly give enough space in the newspaper for these long termed competitions every
year. On the other hand, the entire business pages of these newspapers are used for
promotional news of different corporate companies. So consumer can applied their
advertising in any page of newspaper or magazine, billboard in anywhere, online portal
etc.

So Media campaign is essential for any consumer. But it’s depends on the products and
the targetgroup.
