GB Bill of Materials may be interchanged within other models before assembly, by which we coudn
commit our customer the 100 % working of GB in field. More than that it leads to whole GB disasse
Time and Cost. Unless this chance of interchangeability is streamlined, its very difficult to meet the

On an average 20 to 30 % of the GB BOM are interchanged within and between other models, which
given. Sometimes if we coudnt find out in shopfloor which leads to GB field failure.
Project Objective and Expected Results
To reduce BOM interchangeability between all model GB from 20 % to 0 % by July 2020.
